The most comprehensive fitness training app on the market inspired by Thai Boxing, Kickboxing, and Boxing. Created by recognised and renowned Muay Thai trainer by the WMC (World Muay Thai Council) and former World, European and British Muay Thai Champion, Matt Parks, who has also trained multiple fighters to achieve World, National and Regional titles.
This app has taken these disciplines and adapted them to enjoyable and effective fitness training, making them accessible to everyone. With currently over 1500 combinations and hundreds of strength and conditioning drills which can be done with or without equipment at your own convenience/pace.

You can choose from our 3 workout options - pre-made, create your own, and the randomizer.
The randomizer is the key component of this app, which gives the option of selecting the sets, how many rounds per set, the length per round and recovery, type of activity per set, and the difficulty level. Once your preferrable options are selected, you then hit the “Random” button and your workout is created.

Never the same workout twice!

This app is used to run our classes @circle8fitness in London and is the core of our business. The premade workouts are classes we run at our club in London.
This is the first release of our app, and we will endeavour to keep improving and adding content to keep that variety flowing for our subscribers and members.
